Repentance
Read with me in Psalm 51 where David appealed to God’s love and compassion as he petitioned the Lord to forgive him by grace and cleanse him from sin.
In Psalm 51:1(a) we see God’s unfailing love for His servant and His compassion for the helpless, were the basis for David’s appeal for mercy. It is also recognized that David did not deserve forgiveness. God’s forgiveness is by His grace alone.
To repent is a critically-important, but often neglected, requirement of
being restored to right relationship with God and others (Acts 3:19, Luke 5:21). Repentance means turning from sin and selfishness and choosing to surrender your life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
WHAT SCRIPTURE SAYS
“Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, because He has appointed
Ten Wisdom Keys
There are ten wisdom keys that will enable any person to succeed in any area of life.
First, your attitude and self-image, which we find in the Bible in Proverbs 23:6-7 where the Bible tells us…. “do not eat the bread of a miser, nor desire his delicacies, For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. “Eat and drink!” he says to you, but his heart is not with you”.
Second, start with what you have based on Ecclesiastes 9:10 where the Bible tells us… “whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might”.

Salvation
It is not by accident that you are reading this now. God has a plan
and a purpose for your life according to Jeremiah 29:11. No matter what you have done or how many times, God is waiting for you
to call upon Him for mercy and grace. There are consequences for every choice we make in this life. But we can make sure of our eternity by calling out to God in the name of Jesus.
John 3:7-8 “Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
THE NEW BIRTH PROCESS:
1. Realize that all have sinned and need a Savior.
Romans 3:23, “All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
1 John 1:8, “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.”
2. Repent of sin.
Luke 13:3, “Unless you repent you will all likewise perish.”
Acts 3:19, “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out.”
