REAL LIFE HAPPENS …BUT GOD IS FAITHFUL
Real life happens, even when you least expect it. The news of a friend or loved one passing from this life to eternity, abandonment, bankruptcy, betrayal, criticism, depression, devastation, divorce, emotional attacks, financial struggles, friends acting crazy, heart surgery, kids having issues, the news of cancer or some other medical report, spouse lost his job, a family member committed suicide, having to move to another state, to extreme loss…real life comes to all. God wants YOU and I to learn how to pray His Word back to Him, to connect His Word to real life and current events, and to reach out to encourage one another.
There is power in unity and the enemy knows it. God wants you set free and prospering in every area of your life…even as your soul prospers (3 John 2). God wants you to get His Word inside of you till it becomes part of the very fabric of your being. So that when real life happens, the first thing that rises up is faith and the Word of God.
Choose today…to connect with a bible believing, faith based church….and allow God to move in your life. Connect with other believers who are seeking God’s face! Surrender to the Holy Spirit of God. Choose God’s Will, His way, and His timing. He wants to bless you! God is faithful!

DO YOU WANT TO GENUINELY CONNECT?
Do you want to have real relationships that are not fake? That last beyond seasons, that bring people standing with you in the good times and the bad? The kind that are standing with you at the bedside when a loved one has cancer, the ones that are walking with you through a season of pain, the birth of a new child or grandchild, and the family birthday parties, to funerals and times of refreshing? The enemy of our souls has attacked families and relationships since the beginning of time as we know it. If we want to live in real relationships–we have to return to God’s ways and use His Word as our plumb line.
The only way we come to the Father God is through the Son Jesus Christ–through being born-again, a real heart transformation–not just knowing about God–but a real relationship with Him through spending time in His Presence.
There are some conversations that cannot be sent via text or on social media. The only way to have genuine connections with people is to sit face-to-face with each other and listen with your heart (without trying to figure out what you are going to say in response) and take time to talk to each other.
Satan wants to be God. He imitates and counterfeits. Satan hates God and he hates believers. He speaks against the Most High and wears out the Saints. (Daniel 7:25 Take time to read the entire chapter). Satan knows his time is short and he wants to take as many with him as he can to hell. Don’t miss heaven by 18 inches–the distance between the head and the heart. The text that must be our plumb line is the Word of God–not what people see on all forms of social media. We must be born-again!
With a nation torn apart at the seams, we can be the change in our sphere of influence. We can return to the “ancient path”…return to God in repentance and genuinely connect with Him and people. We can take time to show we care. While there is still time, we must repent and return to God.
If you have gotten too busy with life, hectic schedules, or maybe in a season of pleasure and comfort, and lost the art of genuine conversation with people that used to matter to you, there is a heart problem. Heart problems can lead to death. Pull back and take a good look at your own life today. We will all stand before God and give account for how we live. We can’t worship God and mistreat people at the same time. I pray the Holy Spirit comforts you right now, convicts you of any sin, and leads you in the right path of genuine heart connection and transformation. Without transformed hearts–there is no repentance or genuine connection with God.
Make sure you are genuinely connected!
HIS love and mine,
Deborah

DO YOU WANT TO HEAR GOD?
Needing divine direction? We all do! Every person is dealing with something that they need help, advice, or wisdom.
Be serious about your personal commitment to God and leave everything else alone. Literally put God first in your life. Acknowledge the Lord in all your ways, lean not to your own own understanding and He will direct your path. Keep your spirit in agreement with His Spirit by living in agreement with His Word. When you do, Jesus will gradually lift you up to a place of perfect submission to His Father’s will–where you ignore the enemy and pay no attention to anything else.
If God says it, that settles it. We must choose to cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh. It is a daily choice.
Ask yourself these questions: Am I allowing the mind of Christ to be formed in me (See Philippians 2:5)? Choose to maintain and inner vigilance to submit to God above all else.
Is God having His way in my life–and are other people beginning to see God in my life more and more?
You keep yourself cleansed in your daily walk by spending time in God’s Word. Read the Bible — it is basic instructions before leaving earth. Our natural life is transformed into spiritual life by obedience to the Holy Spirit and God’s Word. Spending time in God’s Word and thinking on eternal things will position you to hear God. Live a life of faith, fully knowing you are being led by God. You will find and experience the greatest love relationship you have ever had when you love and know the One who is leading.
It is a life of faith–not of reason and understanding. A life of faith is a daily experience of hearing God, knowing He is leading you, and the day-in and day-out life of walking without fainting or giving up; fully surrendered and dependent upon Him. (See Isaiah 40:31).
