STAY IN YOUR OWN LANE
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and ready for the New Year–2022.
Make certain to stay in your own lane, focus on fulfilling your purpose and do it well. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. (see Philippians 4:13).
If you are having a difficult time making a decision about something, stand back, pray and listen for the Holy Spirit of God to speak to you. Always go with peace in your heart and pursue your God-given dreams. Ignore naysayers and surround yourself with people of purpose! God has an awesome plan for YOUR LIFE!
Read the Bible and find out how to make the most of every opportunity in light of what is next for the nation, for you and your family, and for the body of Christ. God has put dreams in your heart that He wants you to fulfill! Make godly choices and live your best life NOW!
Blessings and Happy New Year!
Deborah
Don’t wait…pray the WORD NOW!!!
Angels are waiting for you to cooperate with God through praying His Word. Psalm 103:20
It is written, “Bless the LORD, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word” (Psalm 103:20). That is HUGE! Get it in your spirit man right NOW.
It’s like trying to go to work…you get showered and dressed for work and walk out the door to your car and get inside. You put the key in the ignition and turn it on or you press the button with your key nearby and the car engine starts right up. You are ready to go, right?
Being saved and not heeding the Word of God or obeying the Holy Spirit’s promptings is like expecting to make it to work on time while you sit in your car without putting the key in the ignition and turning it over. When you pray the Word of God, angels are dispatched from heaven to bring the answers to your prayers. What are you waiting on???
If we want to see the power of God manifest in our lives, we have to pray the Word of God and believe. We also have to watch the words that we allow to cross our lips. Just because you think something doesn’t mean it is good to say it. It may be a negative tape from the past, or a fiery dart from Satan to tempt you to believe a lie, or to reason, or to miss a blessing from God. Don’t be hung by your tongue.
Matthew 12:36-37 says, “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.”
The phrase…”every idle word” means nonproductive. Every time you say things you don’t mean …it begins to numb your heart and causes you not to believe. Jesus understood the power of words and He used them to change the natural things around him…AND we would do well to do what He does. Words have power…life and death. Your words that have power are words that are filled with belief. Believe God today for miracles and divine intervention, no matter what you are facing.
It is written: “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me” (Galatians 2:20).
The Bible is talking about the very faith of God that He has placed in you and me when we were born-again. God created everything with words. He spoke creation into existence. Everything we see was created by words, and it is the very Word of God that holds the universe together (Hebrews 1:3). Let’s get this RIGHT NOW. Everything we see will respond to faith -filled words.
What is in your heart today? Are you missing out on the blessings of God? Make sure to check your own heart….
We do this by observing our words. Proverbs 23:7 says that as you think in your heart, so are you. Luke 6:45 says that what you speak comes out of the abundance of your heart. Simply put, the way you think controls the way you speak. Understand today–that your words have power–life and death. Don’t be hung by your tongue.
Bishop over your own heart and run anything out that is not Christlike. Get rid of any anger, bitterness, evil speaking, and old hurts (real and perceived) that may be lurking in the corners of your heart. Put the key in the ignition and turn the key today through praying God’s Word. Get into divine alignment with the Father God and speak life. Fully cooperate with the Holy Spirit of God and expect miracles, divine intervention, healing, health and prosperity. PRAY THE WORD NOW! Angels are waiting to bring the answer to YOUR prayers!
God loves you!
His love and mine,
Deborah
WHERE ARE YOUR EYES FIXED?
I recently watched a movie I have seen many times before, and the Groom in the movie asked the Pastor or minister officiating the wedding how he could tell when the bride really loves him…and that if it is the right one.
The Pastor told him when the bride walks in the room, she looks at him deeply and completely. In the movie, this bride stopped and picked up her personal mirror and looked at herself…her eyes were not on her future husband who was supposed to be her beloved–but on self in her mirror.
His first love from childhood was standing at a distance in the wedding sanctuary, eyes fully fixed on him, her first love, with tears weeping down her face.
It was a Hallmark movie and you know the end of the story…the man did not marry the one standing look at her self in the mirror, but the one standing at a distance with eyes fixed on him.
Could it be that we have taken our eyes totally off of Jesus? The passage in 2 Chronicles 7:14 is for the Church, God’s people, not the world.
“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith…” (Hebrews 12:2a).
Make sure to keep your eyes on JESUS.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the LORD, “and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,” declares the LORD, “and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.” (Jeremiah 29:11-14).
God used a wicked and foreign nation to discipline His own children that He loved unconditionally and completely.
When you are carrying a cup of coffee and get bumped by a stranger, whatever is in the cup is coming out.
God is calling His people to repent and return to Him. That would be all of us. We will each stand before God. We don’t get to stand in for someone else. We don’t get to blame anyone else for our own actions.
We must never assume and think we know the full story in anyone’s life. If any of us are not willing to have real conversations and actually listen to hear, we are all deceived. Instead of standing at a distance, God is calling us close to Him. To genuinely connect with one another, on a heart level, so we can be the presence of Christ that draws people to Him.
Father, In the precious name of Jesus, I pray YOU draw us all back to You to see what You see, to hear what YOU hear, and to have a Heart like You have to genuinely care about souls and Your kingdom. To be a part of the EndTime harvest of souls that you are patiently waiting on to come in to YOUR KINGDOM.
In Jesus’ name…
Amen!
HIS love and mine,
Deborah
